THE PLANNED PRICING STRUCTURE
An agreed device and evidence scope, assisted installation where needed, a check with approved tools, and an explanation of findings and coverage gaps.
The quote should state preparation requirements, included operator time, report scope, and what happens if evidence is incomplete.
A separately stated setup fee and recurring charge, with an explicit number of devices, repeat-check cadence, included assistance, and cancellation terms.
Planned care means agreed periodic checks and reviewed updates. It does not mean continuous monitoring, unlimited investigations, or guaranteed detection.
Agree the triage work and specialist availability before proceeding. A time-based quote should include an hourly rate and a maximum authorized total.
Additional investigation or specialist work needs a new explanation and agreement. No automatic escalation charges.
HOW A REQUEST WOULD BECOME A QUOTE
Confirm the device, OS, evidence available, approved tool coverage, and operator availability. No need to upload private evidence to this website.
The planned quote will list the total, currency, taxes or fees where applicable, included devices and time, any recurring charge, expiry, and coverage limits. Setup and recurring fees should be shown separately.
Service agreement, payment, device assistance, evidence sharing, and any changes to your device are separate decisions. An intake request is not agreement to pay.
This quote workflow is planned. Automated quote delivery, checkout, and subscription activation are not available yet. We have not published final prices.
WHAT THE PRICE MUST NEVER IMPLY
No scan proves a device is safe. The fee must not depend on finding spyware, and a higher-priced plan must not be presented as a guarantee against Pegasus or any other threat.
If a platform or evidence source is unsupported, we must explain that before offering a forensic check. An incomplete check needs an agreed next step; it must not silently become a reassuring result.
Before Guard becomes available, its quote must show billing frequency, check frequency, cancellation, and the limits on included support. These details are still being qualified for the pilot.
